Photochemical smog is the most harmful source of air pollution to the atmosphere. A series of first pollutants co mbine with oxygen and transfer into secondary pollutants under strong sunlight are the main which cause photochemical smog. The photochemical smog reaction is also affected by humidity, temperature, air flow and other environmental aspects.
The purpose of this study is to explore methods to have a better understanding of photochemical smog so that acquire the adequate methods to prevent and treat the photochemical smog pollution. The main prevention and treatment methods based on industrial operations, transportation and other aspects can be divided into improving technology, using chemical inhibitors, planting green plants to improve the environment and eliminating the emission sources.
