dc.description.abstractIn this task field until nowadays there is not perfect method to clean the gypsum precipitation inside industrial pipes. But the gypsum precipitation is indeed exist growing in any even all the industrial pipes. The gypsum precipitation causes the deposit formation in pipe which is termed as scaling or fouling. Not every substance resulting deposit formation, however the gypsum and other sulphate precipitation scaling which the solid layer is hard and strong, those are difficult to manage removing or preventing. During the scientific explore and authentication, already some methods could control or prevent gypsum scaling. In my summary that processes to prevent and remove. Such as using antiscalant is predominant method to control and minimize the scaling formation, also regulate temperature and ph is necessary all the time, and like air scouring, seedling of process solution. Remove gypsum scale is much more complex than prevention. They can be removed by chemical, mechanical and hydrodynamic cleaning methods. But compare with prevention methods that the removal methods are difficult and cost a lot so better preventing is impotant.-
