Ääneneristyslaskennan toteutus pientalossa

Abstract

Ajoneuvo-, raide- ja lentoliikenteen lisääntyessä ympäristöstä syntyvä melu on suurempaa. Yleisen asumisviihtyvyyden ja ääneneristysvaatimusten vuoksi yhä useampaan pientaloon joudutaan tekemään ääneneristyslaskelmat.

Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli kehitellä Excel-ohjelmistolla helppokäyttöinen ja kätevä laskentapohja rakennuksen ääneneristyksen laskentaan tilaajana toimineen Pohjolan Design-talo Oy:n yrityskäyttöön. Työn tarkoituksena oli myös selvittää, minkä laskentaohjeen mukaan tilaajan on edullisinta toteuttaa ääneneristyslaskelmat.

Työssä perehdyttiin standardin SFS-EN 12354-3 sekä RIL 129 –ohjeen mukaisiin menetelmiin rakennuksen ääneneristävyyden laskennassa. Tilaajan kanssa valittiin yhteistyössä sille edullisempi vaihtoehto, jonka mukaan kehiteltiin laskentapohja.

Excel-ohjelmistolla saatiin kehiteltyä helppokäyttöinen ja toimiva laskentapohja, joka otetaan Pohjolan Design-talo Oy:llä aktiiviseen käyttöön ääneneristyksien laskennassa.

As vehicle, rail and flight traffic increases, the noise in the surrounding area is greater. For the general comfort of living and due to sound insulation requirements, sound insulation calculations are needed for even more houses.

The purpose of my thesis was to develop a user-friendly and handy calculation template using the Excel program for the calculation of sound insulation. The program is to be used by the company ordering the thesis – Pohjolan Design-talo Oy. Another goal of the thesis was to find out which calculation instruction would be the most reasonably priced for sound insulation calculations.

The standard SFS-EN 12354-3 and instruction RIL 129 were studied for calculations of sound insulation. SFS eurocodes has international instructions for construction and RIL is series of books from where you can find instructions for construction in Finland.
