5S-menetelmän soveltaminen Tokap Service Oy

Abstract

Opinnäytetyössä 5S-menetelmä toteutettiin Vantaalla sijaitsevassa kunnossapitoyritys Tokapilla. 5S-mentelmän soveltamisen tavoitteena oli järjestää työpaikka, työkalut, varaosat, hyödyntää työpaikan lattiatilaa ja luoda työntekijöille puhdas ja turvallinen työympäristö.

Opinnäytetyö koostuu kahdesta näkökulmasta, teoreettista puolesta, jossa viitataan Leanin historiaja Laen määritelmä tuotannon nostamiseen ja asiakkaiden arvojen asettamiseen tähtäävänä johtamiseen työkaluna. Viitattiin myös 5S-mentelmän ja sen viiteen vaiheeseen eli lajittelu, järjestely, siivous, standardointi, seuranta.

Tuloksena oli organisoitu työtila, jossa on helppo työskennellä, sekä järjestetyt ja siistit varaosat. Turvallisemmalla ympäristöllä, organisaatiolla ja puhtaudella on t suuri rooli tämän turvallisen työympäristön luomisessa. Työtä tehtiin kuusi viikkoa. Vaikuttava tulos saavutettiin ja kaikki tälle opinnäytetyölle asettamani tavoitteet saavutettiin.

In the thesis, the 5S method was implemented at Tokapi, a maintenance company located in Vantaa. The goal of applying the 5S method was to organize the workplace, tools, and spare parts, utilize the floor space, and create a clean and safe working environment for the employees.

The thesis consists of two perspectives: a theoretical part, which references the history of Lean and its definition as a management tool aimed at increasing production and prioritizing customer values. It also references the 5S method and its five phases: sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain.

The result was an organized workspace that is easy to work in, with arranged and tidy spare parts. A safer environment, organization, and cleanliness play a significant role in creating this safe working environment. The work was carried out over six weeks. An impressive result was achieved, and all the goals set for this thesis were met.
