With the aim of identifying and enhancing Rovio Entertainment Corporation's media presence in the rapidly evolving digital landscape, the researcher explores the digital media strategies of the creator of the globally recognized Angry Birds franchise. The purpose of this study is to explore effective communication approaches that strengthen stakeholder engagement and cultivate close connections with the audience. Using a comprehensive theoretical framework, the study examines Rovio's current media strategies by analyzing literature on corporate communication, digital media trends, stakeholder theory, and the nuances of digital gaming.
Using a secondary, desk-based research methodology, this analysis assesses Rovio's media communication tactics and their resonance with audience expectations. Rovio could implement innovative communication strategies to navigate the contemporary media landscape more effectively, such as digital platform optimization, content engagement maximization, and stakeholder relationship enhancement. Insights can be gained from a comparative examination of successful media campaigns within the entertainment industry.
