Projekti- ja kunnossapitotöiden yhdistäminen samaan järjestelmään : case: YIT Teollisuus- ja verkkopalvelut Oy

Abstract

Tämä opinnäytetyö on tehty Pietarsaaressa toimivalle YIT Teollisuus- ja verkkopalvelut Oy:lle. YIT Teollisuus- ja verkkopalvelut Oy:n Pietarsaaren toimipiste on erikoistunut teollisuuden putkistoihin, ja toiminnan painopiste on paperi- ja kemianteollisuuden tehtaissa.

Tarkoituksena oli kehittää käytössä olevaa tuotannonohjausjärjestelmää ja tutkia sen puutteita. Järjestelmän tulisi palvella kunnossapitotöissä ja pienprojekteissa. Toimin opinnäytetyön aikana projekti-insinöörin tehtävissä, jolloin pääsin tutustumaan kunnossapitotöiden ja pienprojektien suorittamiseen tilauksesta laskutukseen.

Käytössä olevaa järjestelmää on pääosin hyödynnetty ainoastaan kunnossapitotöiden laskuttamiseen. Alkututkinnan jälkeen huomasin järjestelmässä olevan valmiiksi ohjelmoituja toimintoja, joita oli syytä ottaa käyttöön.

Käytössä olevaa järjestelmää muokattiin resurssien puitteissa koko opinnäytetyön ajan, ja kehittäminen jatkuu vielä tulevaisuudessakin.

Työn tuloksena saatiin työtuntien, projektien ja materiaalien seurantaa parannettua työmaalla ja konttorissa. Lisäksi työmaan ja konttorihenkilökunnan työtä helpotettiin päivittäisten työvaiheiden nopeuttamisella. Työssä otettiin myös kantaa asiakkaalle menevien työkorttien ja laskutuspohjien ulkoasuun ja sisältöön.

The thesis was made for YIT Teollisuus ja verkkopalvelut Oy in Pietarsaari. The company is specialized in industry piping, having its main emphasis on paper and chemical production plants.

The purpose of the study was to research and develop possible shortages in the existing guidance of the activities system which should serve maintenance services and small projects. When preparing the thesis I worked in the duty of a project engineer, so it was possible to become acquainted with the fulfilment of maintenance work and small projects from order to invoicing.

The existing system has mainly been used for charging for the maintenance work. After researching the system many features were noticed to have already been installed in the system and should be taken into use.

The system was edited during the preparation of the thesis and it will be developed further in the future.

The outcome of the thesis was an enhanced program which eased the monitoring of working hours, projects and flow of materials. The enhancements affected the monitoring from worksites and offices and assisted the staff by speeding up their daily operations. Customer services were also modified by affecting the appearance and content of the work cards and invoicing bases.
