.NET-sovelluskehityksen oppimateriaalin arviointi

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli arvioida Esa Komulaisen oppimateriaalia "Sovelluskehitys .NET-ympäristöön. .NET 2.0 ja Visual Studio 2005." Arviointi tapahtui tekemällä materiaalin harjoitustehtäviä ja perustui pääosin ongelmakohtien etsimiseen. Tässä työssä tuotiin esiin harjoitustehtävissä havaitut ongelmat ja ehdotettiin parannuksia oppimateriaaliin.

Työn alussa perehdytään yleisesti oppimiseen. Seuraavissa luvuissa arvioidaan Esan materiaalia luku luvulta. Luvun alussa kerrotaan lyhyesti luvun sisällöstä, jonka jälkeen käydään läpi oppimateriaalin esimerkit ja harjoitustehtävät, joiden perusteella arviointi suoritetaan.

Arvioinnissa kiinnitettiin huomiota muutamiin seikkoihin. Yksi asioista oli tarkistaa, oliko tehtävän tekeminen mahdollista. Toinen asia oli tehtävän liittyminen kyseisen luvun asiaan. Johtopäätöksenä todetaan, että monien tehtävien tekeminen aiheutti vaikeuksia ja näin ollen oppimateriaaliin tarvitaan parannusta.

The purpose of this thesis was to assess the study material on the .NET environment by Esa Komulainen. The assessment was done by analysing the exercises in the study material and on searching for problems. This thesis brought forward detected problems and suggested improvements for study material.

In the beginning of thesis the researcher gets acquainted with learning in general. In the following chapters the study material is assessed chapter by chapter. The contents of each chapter are briefly explained. Next, the examples and exercises of the study material are reviewed.

The assessment was done on the basis of the review. Several aspects were considered in the assessment. One of these was to check if it is possible to do the exercises. Another aspect was to check how the exercises were connected to the contents of each chapter. The conclusion of the assessment is that there are several difficulties doing the exercises and therefore the study material needs improvements.
