Tiivistelmä
In this bachelor's thesis commissioned by the nordic sales crew, various solutions were explored to make the companies onboarding process refers to the systematic procedure undertaken by organizations to integrate and familiarize new employees with the company's culture, policies, procedures, and job roles. The ideation and development of a possible solution were conducted using the Design Sprint method. Nordic Sales Crew is a Finnish company specializing in outsourcing sales, and the onboarding process is a crucial introduction for new employees to efficiently perform their work.
