Oikeusapusihteerin perehdytysprosessi

Abstract

Tämä toiminnallinen opinnäytetyö käsittelee oikeusapusihteerin perehdytysprosessin kehittämistä. Perehdytysprosessi on toteutettu toimeksiantona Pirkanmaan oikeusaputoimistoon, talous- ja velkaneuvonnassa aloittavien oikeusapusihteereiden perehdyttämisen tueksi.

Työn tavoitteena oli aikaansaada perehdytysprosessi, joka etenee johdonmukaisesti ottaen työnantajan velvoitteet sekä sihteerityön kehityksen huomioon. Jotta haluttuun tavoitteeseen päästiin, asetettiin tutkimuksen tavoitteeksi selvittää, mitä oikeusapusihteerin perehdytysprosessin tulisi sisältää. Teoreettinen viitekehys antoi rungon prosessin rakentamiseen, kun taas haastattelujen avulla saatiin tietoa perehdytyksen nykytilasta, kehityskohteista ja halutusta sihteerityön kehityssuunnasta.

Teoreettinen viitekehys koostuu virkamiesoikeuden sekä perehdyttämisen sähköisestä ja painetusta kirjallisuudesta. Työssä avataan valittuja tutkimusmenetelmiä, sekä käsitellään tutkimuksen uskottavuutta ja eettisyyttä. Kehittämistyön empiirinen tutkimuspohja perustuu nimenomaisesti toimeksiantajan yksittäiseen toimipisteeseen Tampereella, joten tutkimustuloksien soveltaminen muihin kohteisiin saattaa vaatia lisätutkimusta uskottavan lopputuloksen saavuttamiseksi.

This functional thesis addressed the development of the orientation process for legal aid secretaries. The orientation process was implemented as an assignment for the Pirkanmaa Legal Aid Office to support the orientation of legal aid secretaries starting in financial and debt counseling.

The goal of the work was to create an orientation process that progresses systematically, taking into account the employer obligations and the development of secretarial work. To achieve the desired goal, the research aimed to determine what the orientation process for a legal aid secretary should include. The theoretical framework provided the structure for building the process, while the interviews offered insight into the current state of orientation, areas for improvement, and the desired direction for the development of secretarial work.

The theoretical framework consisted of literature on civil services law and orientation, both in digital and printed formats. The thesis also explained the chosen research methods and addressed the credibility of and ethics of the research. The research base on the development of project was specifically tied to the commissioner’s individual office in Tampere, so applying the research results to other locations may require additional research to achieve credible results.
