Palvelupyyntöjärjestelmien tarvemäärittely ja kartoitus

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli selvittää työn tilaajan tarpeet kirjata asiakkailta tulevia palvelupyyntöjä sekä kartoittaa markkinoilla olevat valmiit palvelujärjestelmät. Työn alussa tarkastellaan tilannetta projektina, ja jatkan siitä tarvemäärittelyyn. Toisessa vaiheessa testattiin eri palvelujärjestelmiä sen perusteella, miten ne sopivat tarvemäärittelyyn. Testauksen aikana järjestelmien eri osa-alueet pisteytettiin. Tämä pisteytys auttaa työn tilaajaa tekemään ratkaisun tietyn järjestelmän käyttöönotosta myöhemmin. Työn lopuksi pohditaan projektin jatkoa käyttöönottovaiheessa, sekä arvioidaan siihen liittyviä riskejä.

The purpose of the thesis was to specify the needs to record the incident tickets received from the customers of the company ordering my work. In addition, the different products on the market are analysed. Firstly, I will examine the situation as a project and continue further to specifying the needs. Secondly, the different systems were tested according to how they fit to the needs specification. During the testing, the different sections of the products were given points. This will help the company to make a decision of introducing a certain system later. Finally, I will consider how the project will continue during the introduction of the system and evaluate the risks involved in it.
