3D-mallin ohjaaminen ohjelmoitavalla logiikalla

Abstract

Opinnäytetyössä oli aiheena tutkia, kuinka Siemens NX MCD -ohjelmisto voitaisiin yhdistää logiikkaan niin, että logiikalla voitaisiin ohjata MCD-ohjelmassa olevaa 3D-mallia. Työssä käytettiin Siemensin TIA Portal PLC -ohjelmaa logiikkaohjelmointiin ja OPC-palvelimena. Työssä simuloitiin Seinäjoen Ammattikorkeakoulun laboratoriossa sijaitsevaa porausasemaa. Simuloituun virtuaaliseen porausasemaan tehtiin samanlainen logiikkaohjelma kuin oikeaan fyysiseen poraus-asemaan. Työn tuloksena logiikalla voitiin ohjata Siemens NX MCD -sovelluksessa olevaa virtuaalista porausasemaa samalla tavalla kuin oikeaakin porausasemaa. Työtä esiteltiin myös Ideal PLM:n messuilla Tampereella.

The topic of this thesis was to connect a PLC to the Siemens NX: Mechatronics Concept Designer -application. The goal was to find out how it can be done using the OPC-network. The work was realized using the TIA portal PLC-program. The drilling station at the laboratory of Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences was simulated with these two programs. A logic program similar to the one that is being used in the real physical machine was also made to the simulated version. The result of the work was that the logic could be used to control the virtual 3D-model in the MCD as well as in the real physical machine. The final work was demonstrated at Ideal PLM’s fair in Tampere.
