Kromaamon jätevesilaitoksen ennakoiva kunnossapito

Abstract

Opinnäytetyössä selvitettiin pintakäsittelylinjojen jätevesilaitoksen kunnossapidon parannuskohteita hyödyntäen luotettavuuskeskeisen kunnossapidon keskeisiä työkaluja. Jätevesilaitoksen laitteet lueteltiin ja luokiteltiin kunnossapidon tarpeen mukaan. Vikaantumisherkille laitteille kuvattiin tarvittavat huoltotoimenpiteet ja – välit. Kemikaalisäiliöiden ja – putkistojen kunnossapito tarpeet määritettiin TUKES:en kemikaalimääräysten ja ohjeiden mukaisesti.

Jätevesilaitoksen raskasmetalli-pitoisuuksista ja pH-tuloksista tehtiin graafisia kuvaajia, joita analysoitiin tilastollisin menetelmin. Kuvaajista voitiin todeta prosessin suorituskyvyn vaihtelevan eri kunnossapitoon ja prosessihäiriöihin liittyvistä syistä. Näistä kuvaajista luotiin erilliset toimenpide-ehdotukset, joilla voitaisiin parantaa prosessin onnistumista.

The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the improvements of the maintenance of the waste water treatment of plating lines by using relevant tools of RCM-method. The equipment of the waste water treatment were listed and classified according need of the maintenance. The equipment with high sensitive to failures was described procedures and intervals of the maintenance. The maintenance needs for chemical tanks and pipe lines were evaluated according regulations and instructions of TUKES.

Out of heavy metals and pH reports it was made graphical curves and these were analyzed with statistic methods. From the graphical curves it was possible to state that the performance of the waste water treatment process was not continuously under control due to the maintenance and process disturbance. Out of these graphical curves it was created the separate suggestions of the improvement with which could be possible to improve the performance of the process.
