dc.description.abstractThe research is focused on the interest-level analysis of internet-business such as congratulatory video service and its current relevance on the market. To accomplish the main goal of the research the survey was conducted. The survey was created using Google Application and spread through the main social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter and Vkontakte - the Russian social network. As a result, 58 people answered. The survey helps to define the main target audience by gender, age and preferences. These three main categories help to create a portrait of consumer of the congratulatory video service and analyze its consumer behaviour.en
