Älykäs keskus

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli kehittää älykeskus vapaa-ajan asuntoihin ja niiden tarpeisiin soveltuen. Tämä älykeskus kehitetään UTU ELEC Oy:n älykeskuksen 3848 rinnalle, käsittäen näin myös pienemmät asunnot ja kohteet, kuten asuinhuoneistot. Tämän työn tuloksena syntynyt proto-älykeskus on suunniteltu erityisesti sähkölämmitteisen vapaa-ajan asunnon tarpeisiin. Tämän älykeskuksen ominaisuuksiin kuuluvat erilaiset kodinohjaukset kuten lämmitys ja lämpötilan pudotus sekä kaksi käyttäjän itsensä määrittelemää ohjausta (releohjaus) että myös niiden etäohjausmahdollisuus SMS viestein (GSM puhelin). Keskukseen on integroitu myös hälytysjärjestelmä, joka käsittää palovalvonnan ja murtovalvonnan, keskus voi välittää hälytyksistä ilmoituksen SMS viestillä sekä järjestelmän valmiustilaa voi muuttaa SMS viesteillä. Opinnäytetyössä tutkittiin älytaloja ja niiden käsitteitä eli mitä ominaisuuksia ja toimintoja ne yleensä sisältävät ja mitä ihmiset niiltä odottavat. Myös nykypäivän vapaa-ajan asumisen tarpeet ja vaatimukset otettiin huomioon keskusta kehitettäessä. Työssä keskityttiin myös valvonta- ja turvatekniikkajärjestelmiin ja niiden asettamiin vaatimuksiin. Markkinoilla on myös muiden valmistajien tarjoamia kodinohjausjärjestelmiä/älykeskuksia, joista keskityttiin vain muutamiin ja niiden ominaisuuksiin. Älykeskuksen varsinaisesta toteuttamisesta ja tuotteistamisesta käytiin pääpiirteissään läpi keskusta ohjaavan järjestelmän valintaa liittyvät asiat, tuotetta koskevat määräykset, tarvittavat komponentit ja ohjelmakoodin teon vaiheita ja ilmenneitä ongelmia.

The purpose of this Bachelor's thesis was to develop a smart control centre for vacation apartments and suitable for their needs. This smart control centre will be developed to parallel for the smart control centre 3848 of the UTU ELEC Ltd, and it will also be suitable for smaller homes, like apartments. The prototype of the control centre which was made in this project has been planned especially for vacation apartments equipped with electric heating. The features of this smart control centre include the different house controls like heating and lowering of temperature and also two controls which the user can define himself and also the remote control possibility with an SMS-message. In the control centre there is also an integrated alarm system which includes the fire control and burglary control. The control centre can send alarm signals with an SMS-message and the security level of the alarm system can be changed with SMS-message. This thesis focuses on intelligent houses and definitions of them or what features and functions they usually contain and what people anticipate of those. Also the free-time needs and demands were considered when the control centre was developed. The thesis also focused on control and security technique systems and what challenges they brought up. There are also different manufacturers, offering house control-systems from which only few with their features were examined. When discussing the actual implementation and productization, the main focus was on the selection of the control system, the related regulations, the components required, the steps of the code programming and the problems that had occurred.
