Tiivistelmä
Professional higher education is characterized by its bridges to society, employment as well as knowledge production. This paper highlights a model for group tutoring and supervision, used to facilitate students´ process towards their master thesis carried out in regional projects. Six different approaches for a teacher/ researcher are reflected. The overall research purpose is to explore how these teacher dispositions enable that development occurs on three main arenas; students learning processes, practice research and the impact on employment issues in regional projects. The results are based on an exploratory case study within the nationwide network project “Higher education as a strong RDI actor (“YAMK-koulutus vahvaksi TKI vaikuttajaksi”).
