Powering Up Partnerships -yhdessä enemmän!: kumppanuudet toiminnan kehittämisen voimavarana

Abstract

Opinnäytetyöni tavoitteena on parantaa oppilaitoksen ja tilaajan ymmärrystä kumppanuuden nykytilasta; kehittämistoiveet, yhteiset tarpeet ja mahdolliset esteet. Lisäksi kumppanuuksien ulottuvuuksia lähestytään laajemmalla katsontakulmalla. Työssä huomioidaan, että oppilaitos ja yritys ovat osa luovan alan toimintaympäristöä, jossa usein eri toimijat muodostavat monimuotoisen ekosysteemin ja oppilaitos vastaa tulevien ammattilaisten kouluttamisesta.

The objective of this thesis is to enhance the educational institution’s and the commissioner’s understanding of the partnership’s current state, development aspirations, shared needs, and potential obstacles. Additionally, it explores the dimensions of partnerships from a broader perspective. The study examines the roles of the Humak University of Applied Sciences (Humak) and the company within the wider creative‑sector ecosystem, where diverse actors form a multifaceted network and the institution is responsible for training future professionals.
