TIIVISTELMÄ

Anu Toivonen Suunnitelmallinen perehdyttäminen. Perehdyttämisopas ja -suunnitelma seurakunnan varhaiskasvatukselle 42 sivua ja 3 liitettä Kevät, 2023 Diakonia-ammattikorkeakoulu Sosiaali- ja terveysalan ammattikorkeakoulututkinto Sosionomi (AMK), kirkon varhaiskasvatus

Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on kehittää yhteistyötahon, Seinäjoen seurakunnan varhaiskasvatuksen, perehdyttämisen käytänteitä, sekä tuoda esille perehdyttämisen merkitystä ja ohjata huomioimaan perehdyttämisen suunnitelmallisuus, vastuullisuus, yksilöllisyys ja jatkuvuus. Opinnäytetyön konkreettisena tarkoituksena oli tuottaa Seinäjoen seurakunnan varhaiskasvatukselle sähköinen perehdyttämisopas ja -suunnitelma, jotka tukevat pääasiallisesti uusien työntekijöiden perehdyttämistä, mutta toimivat myös työntekijöiden työvälineenä työarjessa.

Opinnäytetyön teoriaosuudessa käsitellään perehdyttämiseen, sekä osaamiseen ja työhyvinvointiin liittyvää teoriaa eri näkökulmista, ja tarkastellaan suunnitelmallisen perehdyttämisen tärkeyttä. Opinnäytetyön tuotoksena syntyi sähköinen perehdyttämisopas ja -suunnitelma Seinäjoen seurakunnan varhaiskasvatukselle. Perehdyttämisopas ja -suunnitelma linkittyvät toisiinsa edeten samaan tahtiin. Perehdyttämissuunnitelma sisältää perehdytettävän henkilökohtaiset tavoitteet ja suuntaviivat, perehdyttämisen yhteiset tavoitteet ja tarpeet sekä seuranta suunnitelman. Sähköinen perehdyttämisopas sisältää linkkejä tarvittaviin sivustoihin, jotka sisältävät oleellisen tiedon lastenohjaajien perehdyttämisessä.

Perehdyttämisopas ja -suunnitelma helpottavat perehdyttämisprosessissa aikaresurssien hallintaa, luovat yhteiset ohjeistukset ja auttavat huomioimaan perehdyttämiseen liittyvät asiat ja toimenpiteet. Perehdyttämisopas ja -suunnitelma ohjaavat toteuttamaan perehdyttämistä suunnitelmallisesti ja tavoitteellisesti, sekä yksilöllisyyden huomioiden. Perehdyttämissuunnitelman pohjana toimi Seinäjoen seurakunnan yhteinen perehdyttämissuunnitelma. Varhaiskasvatuksen perehdyttämisoppaan ja -suunnitelman osioiden sisällön suunnitteli ja kokosi opinnäytetyön tekijä. Sisällön arvioinnissa oli mukana opinnäytetyön yhteistyötahosta varhaiskasvatusjohtaja, varhaiskasvatuksen ohjaajat ja henkilöstöpäällikkö. Perehdyttämisopas ja -suunnitelma toteutettiin toiveesta sähköisinä, jotta niiden päivittäminen olisi tulevaisuudessa helpompaa.

The aim of the thesis was to develop the practices of the cooperation partner; the early childhood education and care of the Seinäjoki congregation. The aim was to highlight the importance of employee orientation, the new employee training to the work. Especially, to know the responsibility, individuality, and the continuity of a systematic orientation process. The concrete purpose of this thesis was to produce an electronic orientation guide and plan for the early childhood education and care in the Seinäjoki congregation. It supports the new employee and as well as serves as a tool in their daily work.

The theory part of the thesis discusses competence and work well-being from different perspectives and examines the importance of systematic orientation. The outcome of the thesis was an electronic guide and plan meant for the early childhood education and care in question. The orientation guide and the plan are linked to each other, proceeding at the same pace. The plan includes the personal goals and guidelines of the trainee, the common goals and needs of the orientation, and the follow-up plan. The e- guide contains links to the necessary websites which contain the essential information for familiarizing the new children's leaders.

The guide and plan facilitate the management of time resources in the process, create common guidelines, and help to consider the issues and measures related to the employee orientation in the Seinäjoki congregation. The implementation of employee orientation is meant to be in a systematic and goal-oriented manner and to consider individuality. The content was evaluated by the director of early childhood education, the early childhood education supervisors, and the HR manager from the thesis partner. The orientation guide and plan were implemented electronically at the request to make it easier to update them in the future.
