This thesis explored and analyzed customer profiles, value propositions, and key activities of a freelance microbusiness in the cultural sector, following its development from idea to launch using service design methods. By combining theoretical insights on value creation, service management, and marketing with user insights and field data, customer-centric service offerings were created. The design process followed the Double Diamond framework, encompassing the phases of discover, define, develop, and deliver.
