ALOITTAVA YRITYS JA TALOUSHALLINTO

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli luoda yritykselle taloushallinnon pohja ja pitää sitä yllä samalla tehden kaikki tarvittavat ilmoitukset sekä toimenpiteet, joita lainsäädäntö sekä hyvä kirjanpitotapa yritykseltä vaativat. Kirjoittaja tuli mukaan T&S Salminen Oy:n toimintaan jo yrityksen suunnitteluvaiheessa. Tällöin hän antoi tietoa eri yritysmuodoista ja niiden eroista. Myöhemmin yritysmuodoksi valittiin osakeyhtiö. Kun yritysmuoto oli valittu, avusti kirjoittaja yrittäjiä kertomalla, kuinka tulee toimia ja mitä asiakirjoja yrittäjien tulee täyttää osakeyritystä perustettaessa. Kirjanpidon avulla seurataan yrityksen taloudellista tilannetta. Tilikauden päättyessä kirjapidon pohjalta laaditaan tilinpäätös, joka koostuu pääasiassa tuloslaskelmasta, taseesta sekä liitetiedoista. Kirjanpito ja tilinpäätös ovat oleellisin osa yrityksen taloushallintoa ja tämän vuoksi myös oleellisin osa kyseessä olevaa työtä. Opinnäytetyön kirjoittaja piti yllä T&S Salminen Oy:n kirjanpitoa sekä laati tilikauden päättyessä tilinpäätöksen. Kirjoittaja päivitti kirjanpidon kuukausittain ja täytti sekä lähetti valvontailmoitukset sen mukaisesti. Näiden tehtävien ohella kirjoittaja opasti ja neuvoi yrittäjiä, kuinka heidän tulisi toimia erilaisissa taloushallintoa koskevissa tilanteissa antaen näin heille kyvyn piitä tulevaisuudessa itse huolta yrityksensä taloushallinnosta.

Accounting is a way to follow the financial situation of a company. As the financial year ends you have to make a financial statement that consists mainly of the profit and loss statement, the balance sheet and the notes to the accounts. Accounting and the financial statement are a big part of a firms financial management and for that a big part of this thesis. The goal of this thesis was to build the financial management of a company and uphold it and to do all the announcements and measures that the law and the good accounting manners stipulate. The writer became a part of the firm’s actions before the company was even founded. First he gave the future entrepreneurs information about the differences between different company forms. Later it was decided that the company form would be a limited company. After the company form was decided the writer helped the entrepreneurs by telling them how to act and by telling them which documents they should fill while founding a limited company. The writer of this thesis managed the finances of T&S Salminen Inc and made the financial statement for the company at the end of the financial year. The company’s accounts were updated every month and all of the necessary documents were filled. The writer also gave advice to the founders of the company so that they could manage their finances by themselves in the future.
