Abstract
Purpose of our thesis was to plan entrepreneurs or company benefits, salary and dividend from point of view of taxation. Supervisor of our thesis was Niko Törmälä from NRA Trading Oy. We review what kind of effect benefits have on entrepreneurs or company economy. What would be the optimal salary for entrepreneur and how much dividend should be distributed.

In our thesis we analyze every benefit and solve how they may affect entrepreneur or company, and
their employees. We also examine how salary may affect taxation, additional expenses of salary and
how much salary should be paid to a shareholder. Distribution of dividend was meant to clarify how it
effects taxation and how the dividend should be distributed between shareholders.
At the end we exhibit calculation methods how different benefits, salary and dividend should be cal-culated.
