Teollisuusrakentamisen rakennesuunnittelun tarjouslaskenta ja laskentatyökalu

Abstract

Toiminnallisen opinnäytetyön lähtökohtana oli kehittää tilaajana toimivan Sweco Rakennetekniikka Oy:n tarjouslaskentaprosessia luomalla yrityksen omiin tarpeisiin soveltuva, yhtenäinen sekä helppokäyttöinen tarjouslaskentatyökalu. Opinnäytetyön kirjallisen osion tavoitteena oli tuoda tietoa rakennusprojektin yleisestä kulusta, teollisuusrakentamisen erityispiirteistä sekä rakennesuunnittelun tarjoustoimintaan liittyvästä prosessista.

Työn teoriaosa koottiin rakennusalan kirjallisuuden sekä sähköisten lähteiden perusteella. Teoriaosassa käydään läpi suunnitteluhankkeen projektityyppejä, rakennusprojektin kulkua suunnittelun näkökulmasta, teollisuusrakentamista ja sen suunnitteluun liittyviä erityispiirteitä, rakennesuunnitteluun liittyviä tehtäviä sekä suunnittelun tarjouslaskentaan liittyvää prosessia. Teoriaosan lopussa käydään läpi laskentataulukon sisältö sekä avataan työkalussa hyödynnettyjä Excelin ominaisuuksia.

Produktina tuotettiin yrityksen käyttöön laskentatyökalu Microsoft Excel -taulukkolaskentaohjelmalla, jonka tarkoituksena oli yksinkertaistaa, nopeuttaa ja helpottaa tarjouslaskentaa. Uutta laskentatyökalua tehdessä käytettiin apuna yrityksen vanhoja tarjouslaskentapohjia. Lopputuloksena syntyi yrityksen omia tarpeita vastaava helppokäyttöinen tarjouslaskentatyökalu, jota voidaan jatkossa kehittää palautteiden ja käyttökokemuksien perusteella.

The starting point for this operational thesis was to further develop the offer calculation process of the client, Sweco Rakennetekniikka Oy, by creating a unified and easy-to-use tender calculation tool that matches the company's own needs. The goal of the written part of the thesis was to provide information on the general course of the construction project, the special features of industrial construction, and the process of the offer activity in structural design in general.

The theoretical part of the thesis was compiled on the basis of construction literature and electronic sources. The theoretical part examines the project types of the design project, the construction project flow from the design point of view, the special features of industrial construction and its planning, structural design tasks, and the process of planning in offer calculation. At the end of the theoretical part, the contents of the spreadsheet are reviewed, and the Excel features utilized in the tool are deciphered.

As a final product, the company got a calculation tool with a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet program designed to simplify, speed up, and streamline offer computation. An old spreadsheet was used as a basis for the new spreadsheet tool. The result was an easy-to-use tender calculation tool that meets the company's own needs and can be developed in the future on the basis of feedback and user experience.
