Esitteet Hyvinkään kaupungin kotihoitoon

Abstract

Tämä opinnäytetyö on työelämälähtöinen ja kohdistuu Hyvinkään kaupungin kotihoitoon. Tämän ‎opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tuottaa kaksi esitettä Hyvinkään kaupungin kotihoitoon. Esitteiden ‎kohderyhminä ovat kotihoidon asiakkaat sekä kotihoitoon rekrytoitava henkilökunta. Kotihoidon ‎asiakkaille kohdistettu esite tehtiin suomen- ja ruotsinkielisenä. Tavoitteena oli tuottaa selkeät ja ‎käyttökelpoiset kotihoidosta kertovat esitteet, joiden yhteystietoja olisi helppo päivittää ‎tarvittaessa. Esitteiden tuli olla ulkonäöltään kiinnostavia ja niissä piti tuoda esiin kotihoidossa ‎tärkeänä pidetty kuntouttava työote. Opinnäytetyö on toiminnallinen ja koostuu teoriaosuudesta ja ‎esitteistä. ‎

Opinnäytetyö toteutettiin tutkimalla kirjallisuutta ja tutkimuksia kotihoidosta, kotihoidon ‎asiakkaista ja työntekijöistä. Esitteet työstettiin tutkittuun teoriaan pohjautuen. Esitteisiin pyrittiin ‎saamaan tiivistettynä oleellisin tieto kotihoidon toiminnasta. Esitteiden ulkonäkö ja sisältö ‎muotoutui yhteistyössä Hyvinkään kotihoidon kanssa. Kotihoidon asiakkaille suunnatussa esitteessä ‎kerrotaan kotihoidosta saatavista peruspalveluista yhteystietoineen. Rekrytointiesitteessä kerrotaan ‎kotihoidon asiakkaista, kotihoidon työntekijän itsenäisestä työnkuvasta ja kotihoidon työn ‎tärkeydestä. Molemmissa esitteissä on aiheeseen liittyviä valokuvia. Esitteet tulevat Hyvinkään ‎kaupungin kotihoidon käyttöön. ‎

Brochures for home care of Hyvinkää City

The purpose of this study was to produce two brochures for home care of Hyvinkää City. The ‎target groups for the brochures were clients of home care and employees of home care. The aim ‎of this study was to produce well articulated and usable brochures that would be easy to update. ‎The layout was made interesting and the aim was to present a rehabilitating method, because it is ‎important in home care work. This study was functional and it consisted of theory and brochures. ‎

This study was realized by reading literature about home care, home care clients and home care ‎workers. The layout of brochures was based on examined information. The aim was to get ‎essential information of home care for the brochures. The layout and content of the brochures ‎were planned in co-operation with Hyvinkää City home care. The brochure for the clients consisted ‎of basic information from the home care services and contact information. The brochure for the ‎employees consisted of information about the clients of home care, autonomy and importance of ‎the home care work. Both brochures included photos of the theme. Hyvinkää City home care is ‎going to share these brochures for their clients and employees in the future. ‎
