"Se lähtökohta on tietysti ne lapset, jotka tulee" : Lastenkoti Kotirauhan perhekuntoutuspalvelumalli

Abstract

Tämän tutkimuksellisen kehittämishankkeen kohdeorganisaationa oli Lastenkoti Kotirauha Heinolassa. Kehittämishankkeen tavoitteena oli luoda Kotirauhaan perhekuntoutuspalvelumalli ja tarkoituksena oli kehittää siellä tehtävää lastensuojelun perhetyötä. Kehittämishankkeen teoreettinen viitekehys muodostui lastensuojelun perhetyön ja perhekuntoutuksen keskeisistä käsitteistä. Perhekuntoutuspalvelun kehittämistä jäsenneltiin lastensuojelun perhetyön ja perhekuntoutuksen keskeisten sisältöelementtien avulla. Ne on luotu osana Lapsi- ja perhepalveluiden muutosohjelmaa, joka oli hallituksen kärkihanke vuosina 2016-2019. Sisältöelementteihin liittyviä tärkeitä teemoja olivat myös arkilähtöisyys, osallisuus ja toimijuus. Kehittämishanke toteutettiin kehittämistutkimuksena. Tutkimusaineisto kerättiin teemahaastattelun metodia käyttäen Kotirauhan työntekijöiltä ja sähköpostikyselynä Heinolan kaupungin lapsiperheiden sosiaalipalveluiden työntekijöiltä. Teemahaastatteluissa pohdittiin, millaista olisi Kotirauhassa toteutettava lastensuojelullinen perhekuntoutus. Sähköpostikyselyssä selvitettiin sitä, millaisia näkemyksiä lapsiperhepalveluiden työntekijöillä on lastensuojelun perhetyön ja perhekuntoutuksen aihepiiriin liittyen. Tutkimusaineisto analysoitiin käyttäen teorialähtöistä sisällönanalyysia. Tuloksista muodostettiin Kotirauhan perhekuntoutuspalvelumalli.

The target organization of this research based developmental project was Lastenkoti Kotirauha in Heinola. The purpose of the project was to create a family rehabilitation service model for Kotirauha and the aim was to advance the child protection family work that is carried out in there. The theoretical framework of this project formed of the central concepts of child protection family work and family rehabilitation. Creating of the family rehabilitation service was classified with the central elements in child protection family work and family rehabilitation. They were formed as a part of the Programme to address reform in child and family services that was a government key project in 2016-2019. Other important themes that are related to the central elements were everyday life orientation, complicity and human agency. Developmental project was put into practice as an action research. The research material was collected by using the method of focused interviews with the employees of Kotirauha and by e-mail survey for the employees of social work services for families with children in Heinola. In the focused interviews were contemplated, what kind of would be the child welfare family rehabilitation carried out in Kotirauha. In e-mail survey were solved out, what kind of outlooks the employees of services for families with children have about the family work in child welfare and family rehabilitation. The research material was analysed by using theory based content analysis method. From the results were formed the family rehabilitation service model of Kotirauha.
