Koneiden ennakkohuolto-ohjelma : Ennakkohuolto-ohjeiden laatiminen Novart Oy:lle

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli laatia huolto-ohjeet työn tilaajan tuotannossa toimiville koneille. Tilaajana toimi Nastolassa sijaitseva Novart Oy, joka on Suomen suurin keittiökalusteiden valmistaja. Yritys tarvitsi ohjeet koneiden käyttäjien tekemille päivittäisille ja viikoittaisille huolloille. Aiemmin käytössä ei ole ollut tarkkoja ohjeita huoltojen suorittamiseen.

Huolto-ohjeet on laadittu käyttäen hyväksi laitteiden toimittajien käyttöohjeita, koneita huoltaneiden henkilöiden kokemuksia sekä koneiden vikahistoriaa ja niistä päättelemällä, minkälaisia huoltoja kone vaatii. Vikahistorian ohella kunnossapitotietojärjestelmästä löytyi kaikki perustiedot koneista, mikä helpotti paljon työn tekemistä.

Tehokkaalla käytön suorittamalla huollolla on suuri merkitys koneen käytettävyyteen, luotettavuuteen ja turvallisuuteen. Kun koneet toimivat vikaantumatta, paranee tehtaan tuotanto ja tuotteiden laatu ja samalla koneen käyttäjillä on turvallisempi työympäristö. Näiden syiden vuoksi koneiden käyttäjät tulee saada motivoitua suorittamaan ohjeistetut huoltotoimenpiteet, koska he ovat lisäksi koneiden kunnossapidon perusta.

Työn tuloksena Novart Oy:lle syntyi huolto-ohjeet, jotka käsittävät koneistamon koneet eli noin 40 erilaista tuotannossa käytettävää konetta. Lisäksi ohjeet sisälsivät työn kuittauslomakkeen, jonka avulla on helppo seurata huoltojen toteutumista sekä häiriöilmoutuslomakkeen, johon kirjataan tarkempi kuvaus vioista ja häiriöistä.

The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis was to produce maintenance instructions for machines which work in production in Novart Ltd. Novart Ltd is the biggest manufacturer of kitchen furniture in Finland. The company required the instructions for the daily and weekly maintenance operations which are made by the machine users. There were not any instructions for these operations before.

The instructions were planned by using the manuals made by machine manufacturers, the experiences of the maintence workers and by utilizing the history of malfunctions with the machinery. With this information it was reasoned the kind of maintenance the machines require. The history of malfunctions of the machines and the basic information of the machines were found in the maintenance data system.

Efficient maintenance performed by the machine users has a great effect on the usability, reliability and safety of the machines. When the machines operate without malfunctions it increases the productivity of the factory, the quality of the products, and the safety of the workers. Machine users need to be motivated to execute the maintenance operations because they form the basis of the maintenance.

As a result of the thesis, maintenance instructions were created which cover 40 different machines that operate at the production of Novart Ltd. In addition, the instructions included a form for listing the maintenance operations which were made by the machine users and a form for writing down possible malfunctions. The forms ease the monitoring of execution of the maintenance and keeping up with the malfunction history.
