Perehdytyssuunnitelma palkkapalvelutiimiin

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tarkoitus oli kuvata perehdytyssuunnitelman teon prosessia. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli tuottaa toimiva ja tehokas perehdytyssuunnitelma toimeksiantajan palkkapalvelutiimin käyttöön. Toimeksiantaja oli suomalainen rakennusalan yritys.

Prosessiin sisältyi nykytilanteen kartoitus, suunnittelu-vaihe sekä toteutus. Perehdytyssuunnitelman muoto ja sisältö suunniteltiin yhteistyössä toimeksiantajan kanssa. Perehdytyssuunnitelman sisällön suunnittelussa otettiin huomioon perehdyttämisen ja perehdytyssuunnitelman teoreettinen tausta. Eri julkaisuista haettiin tietoa, millaista on hyvä perehdyttäminen ja mitä hyvä perehdytyssuunnitelma sisältää. Näitä tietoja hyödynnettiin kun rakennettiin perehdytyssuunnitelman asiasisältöä.

Valmis perehdytyssuunnitelma vietiin käytännön kautta testaukseen ja tästä saatujen tulosten perusteella perehdytyssuunnitelma hiottiin lopulliseen muotoonsa. Perehdytyssuunnitelma koettiin käytännön kautta toimivaksi ja se täytti toimeksiantajan toiveet. Perehdytyssuunnitelma auttoi toimeksiantajaa tehostamaan toimintaansa sekä helpotti toimeksiantajaa resursoinnissa. Prosessin kautta tuli ymmärrys siitä, kuinka tärkeää hyvä perehdyttäminen on työtehon, työssä viihtymisen sekä työturvallisuuden näkökulmasta.

This thesis project was commissioned by a Finnish company, which operates in the building industry. The outcome of the Thesis orientation plan has been used to orientate the payroll team members. The final goal of the process was to create an efficient and useful orientation plan for the payroll team.

The purpose of the thesis report is to describe the process of making the orientation plan. It includes the planning and execution of the process, and a reflection on what needs to be taken into consideration when considering the content of the orientation plan. The process consisted of an inventory of the current situation, planning and execution.

The shape and content of the orientation plan was planned together with the case company. The theoretical section on orientation utilized different writings and articles which were taken into consideration when planning the content of the orientation plan. Attention was paid to the elements of good orientation and the content of a good orientation plan. The payroll team members and the team supervisor actively took part in deciding the form and content of the orientation plan.

The final orientation plan was tested in practice when new employees started working. The final form of the orientation plan was considered to be efficient and it fulfilled the wishes of the case company. It helped the company to intensify operations and helped in resourcing. The process made clear how important good orientation is from the perspectives of work efficiency, job satisfaction and work safety.
