Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyö tehtiin yhteistyössä HUS Hyvinkään sairaalan kardiologian ja sisätautien vuodeosasto 3A:n kanssa ja perustuu osaston tarpeeseen havainnollistavasta ja selkeästä sepelvaltimotautipotilaan oppaasta. Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tuottaa opas sepelvaltimotautiin sairastuneelle potilaalle. Oppaan tavoitteena oli antaa selkeää ja havainnollistavaa tietoa potilaalle sepelvaltimotautiin liittyen.
Opinnäytetyössä kartoitettiin ajankohtaista näyttöön ja tutkittuun tietoon perustuvaa materiaalia sepelvaltimotaudista, sen riskitekijöistä, lääkehoidosta, tavallisimmista tutkimuksista ja toimenpiteistä, sekä akuutin sepelvaltimotautikohtauksen hoidosta. Teoreettiseen viitekehykseen pohjautuen koostettiin opas sepelvaltimotautipotilaalle. Palautteen perusteella tavoite oppaan selkeydestä saavutettiin ja opas tulee käyttöön kardiologian ja sisätautien osastolle potilaille jaettavaksi. The thesis was made in co-operation with HUS Hyvinkää hospital ward of cardiology and internal medicine 3 A and is based on wards need for an illustrating and explicit guide for a coronary artery disease patient. The purpose of this theses was to provide a guide for a patient with coronary artery disease and the aim of the guide was to provide explicit and illustrative information to the patient regarding that disease.
Current evidence-based and research-based material on coronary artery disease, its risk factors, medical treatment, the most ordinary examinations and measures and care of the acute coronary syndrome was surveyed in this thesis. Based on the theoretical frame of reference the guide for patients with coronary artery disease was compiled. Based on the feedback the aim of the guide being clear was achieved and the guide will be made available to the ward of cardiology and internal medicine for distribution to patients.
