Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli koota perehdytyskansio Espoon kaupungin peruskoulun opettajien palkanlaskentatiimille. Koottu kansio antaa tietoja palkanlaskennan teoriasta ja teknisiä kirjausohjeita palkkalaskentajärjestelmässä.
Opinnäytetyö toteutettiin toiminnallisena, jossa teoriaosuudessa käsitellään palkanlaskentaa, kunnan peruskoulun opettajien palkanlaskennan erityispiirteitä OVTES:n kautta ja perehdyttämistä. Toiminnallinen osuus koostui ryhmäkeskustelutilaisuudesta, josta saatiin näkemystä miten uusi perehdytyskansio tulisi koostaa. Lisäksi havainnoitiin vanhaa olemassa olevaa kansiota ja työn tekemisen yhteydessä kirjattiin uudet ohjeet, joista perehdytyskansio koostettiin.
Tämän opinnäytetyön tuloksena saatiin aikaan perehdytyskansio, jossa on selkeät ja kattavat ohjeet, kuinka Espoon kaupungin peruskoulun opettajien palkkoja kirjataan palkkajärjestelmään ja miten työehtosopimus, OVTES, niihin vaikuttaa. Lisäksi saatiin sovittua toimintatapa, miten perehdytyskansio saadaan pysymään ajan tasalla päivityssuunnitelman avulla. The purpose of this thesis project was to create an orientation guide for the comprehensive schoolteachers payroll calculation team at the City of Espoo. The orientation guide consists of payroll calculation theory and technical instructions for registering payroll calculation activities in the payroll calculation software.
The theoretical framework of this thesis report consists of such areas as payroll calculation, the special features of municipal corporation comprehensive schoolteachers payroll calculations according to the collective labor agreement of the teaching workforce (OVTES), and orientation. The empirical part of this thesis project was based on a group meeting, which clarified the content for the orientation guide. In addition, an examination of the previous orientation guide was made and new instructions were formulated alongside everyday work. These instructions are the orientation guide added with information about how to make payroll calculations.
The main outcome of the thesis project was the orientation guide with clear and comprehensive instructions on how to register comprehensive schoolteachers payroll calculations in the payroll calculation software and this is affected by labor agreement of the teaching. A second outcome was a procedure about how to update the orientation guide.
