Keskitetty tiedostojen hallinta

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön aihe on keskitetty tiedostojen hallinta (SCCM). System Center Configuration Manager. Projektin pilottiasiakkaana toimi Saimaan talous- ja tietohallinto Oy. Tavoitteena oli pystyä hallitsemaan suuri määrä tietokoneita mahdollisimman pienellä ylläpidon määrällä sekä takaamaan tietokoneiden korkea käytettävyys mahdollisimman pitkälle automatisoiduilla ylläpitomenetelmillä. Koneita Saimaan talous- ja tietohallinnalla on hallittavana noin 5500 ja palvelimia noin 130. SCCM-palvelimen kautta asennetaan kaikki Saimaan talous- ja tietohallinnon ylläpitämät koneitten käyttöjärjestelmät ja suurin osa ohjelmista. Nyt keskityttiin vain koulupuolen koneitten asennukseen ja hallintaan.

Projektin aikana kerätyistä kuvankaappauksista ja dokumenteista on koostettu Saimaan talous- ja tieto Oy:lle yleishyödyllinen 54-sivuinen työohje, jota yritys voi myöhemmissä projekteissaan hyödyntää. Koneita asennettiin 1400 System Center Configuration-ohjelmalla ja koneitten asennusaika saatiin lyhennettyä puoleen.

The topic of this work is a centralized file management (SCCM). System Center Configuration Manager. The pilot project client is Saimaan talous- ja tietohallinto Oy. The aim was to be able to manage a large number of computers on a small amount the maintenance and to guarantee high availability of computers as far as possible, the maintenance by automated methods. Saimaan talous- ja tietohallinto is managing PCs and servers for approximately 5500 and about 130 server. SCCM server will be installed on all of the Saimaan talous- ja tietohallinto economic and labor-saving machinery, operated by the management of data on the operating systems and most of the programmes. Now the focus was only on school party machinery installation and management.

The image collected during the project and the documents create Saimaan talous- ja tietohallinto. Helpful 54-page work instruction, which the company can take advantage later in their projects. The machinery was installed in the 1400 System Center Configuration and the installation of machinery was reduced to half of the time.
