Tiivistelmä
The goal of this thesis was to investigating customer satisfaction at Asian restaurants in Finland. The demand for eating in a restaurant is increasing quickly in Finland, thus it brings to good business to many people including immigration from Asian. However, many restaurant owners nowadays only care about the profit of their business. As a consequence, it makes customer satisfaction decrease rapidly.
The thesis will focus and research to all problem of customer service at Asian restau-rants. There were 50 survey questionnaires that were sent to many Finnish Citizens. After that, the quantitative method and the qualitative method would be used to analyze responses. SPSS was used to analyze the trusty of the responses and clarify which factors affect customer satisfaction for further research and evaluation.
Finally, there are 3 parts of solutions, which are service improvement, management improvement, food improvement.
