The purpose of the thesis was to define the current customer satisfaction level in Indiana Curry restaurant in order to improve the level of satisfaction and quality of service and products in the future.
The author used a quantitative approach to implement the research. The online survey method was chosen to collect data from the respondents; the questionnaire was distributed among students of LUT University and LAB University of Applied Sciences through the Google Docs platform.
Based on the results of the survey, the overall level of customer satisfaction in Indiana Curry is fairly good. However, collected data shows that the quality of some food options could be improved, as well as the restaurant can consider diversifying its menu and add there more food options in the future.
