Human resources have become a key competitive factor in Chinese organizations. With the development of China's socialist economy, modern enterprise management concepts are gradually accepted and applied to practices of business management. China's human resource management has undergone a process of transforming personnel management into strategic human resource management.
The target of this study was to explore current status of HRM within company in China, and furthermore it was researched the practice of the training activity, finally it was expected to give proposal of improvement and development of HRM practice in China.
Through the research, it was found HRM strategy has been important in the case company. However, there are still some difficulties in the implementation of HRM. Company is making the improvement step by step so that the effectiveness of HRM strategy could be as good as expected.
