Tiivistelmä
The objective of the study was to design an efficiency reducer speed gear box using in production line. The reason of the study is researching mechanical construction using in gear box, designing and analysing different types of gears used in mechanical field. The thesis focused on gear designs, forces and bending moments applied on shaft, shaft fatigue definition, specific and calculation of bearing.
The data for the thesis is collected from literature sources at LAB UAS, the Internet sources, books, catalogue from mechanical supplier, etc.
The result of the study shows well constructed and accuracy gear box applied for conveyor transmission in industrial production line. The 3D – modelling and manufacturing drawings were showed used SOLIDWORKS program.
