The purpose of this thesis was with the auto-ethnographical method to define the building blocks for the #jäärämizing concept. I had registered trademark #jäärä® 2016, but I did not exactly know why. This research gave me the opportunity to identify the preconditions for the #jäärämizing-concept and to answer to the question, Why. Like Simon Sinek says: People do not buy what you do, but why you do.
The research material, I have used were the business management tools, the literature, the doctoral theses and the lectures.
The significance of this thesis work is, that through this research, I found the solution for the #jäärämizing-concept, and I got the building blocks for to start business as an entrepreneur in the field of ceramics.
The key finding and the further research question rose during this research. The next phase will be Masters’ thesis planned to start autumn 2021. The title will be How you do it, the #jäärämizing concept in practice. One part of the context will be situated by the River Porvoo, starting from the upstream in Lahti district, all the way to Porvoo, the downstream.
