Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön tilaajana oli Lujabetoni Oy ja tarkoituksena oli suunnitella sekä toteuttaa betonielementtitehtaan teräsmuottipöydille 5S-toimintamalli sekä tutkia teräsmuottipöydillä tapahtuvaa elementin valmistuksen vaihteluja.
Lean 5S-toimintamalli haluttiin ottaa käyttöön, koska aikaisempaa ohjeistusta ja organisointia ei ollut ja tarvetta oli luoda muottipöydille toimintaohjeet, jolla siisteyttä ja organisointia ylläpidetään. Tilaaja halusi myös selvittää ja saada tilastollista faktaa muottipöydillä tapahtuvia valmistuksen vaihteluista.
Lopputuloksena betonielementtitehtaalle luotiin 5S-toimintamalli sekä tutkimuksessa havaittiin puutteita muottipöydillä tapahtuvassa betonielementin valmistuksessa ja siitä annettiin työntilaajalle radikaaleja muutosehdotuksia. Subscribed to thesis was the Lujabetoni Oy and the purpose was to design and implement a 5S action model for steel molding tables in the precast concrete factory as well as study the variations in the manufacture of the element occurring on molding tables.
The Lean 5S operating model was wanted to be introduced due to the lack of earlier guidance and organization and there was a need to create operating instructions on the formwork tables to maintain neatness and organization. The subscriber also wanted to find out and get statistical fact about the fluctuations in manufacturing occurring on the mold tables
As a result, a 5S action model was created for the precast concrete factory as well as the investigation found shortcomings in the manufacture of precast concrete on formwork desks and gave the employer radical modification proposals.
