A large number of private construction companies use project banks for their own purposes. However, city administrations are just beginning to use them. In addition, the use of project banks in infrastructure facilities is not well researched.
The purpose of this work was to study the possibilities of using project banks for infrastructure facilities, as well as to study modern solutions of project banks in the Finnish market.
I have chosen two of the most modern design banks for working with infrastructure objects - Infrakit and Buildie. I conducted two interviews with representatives of these companies. After conducting additional analysis of the data obtained, I provided a comparative table of the possibilities of using these project banks and the usual one.
