This thesis work represents a business plan of a new project that is going to be implemented in the near future.
A café connected with a grocery store, located on the Kima Prospect in Saint-Petersburg, Russia creates an ecosystem, which grants the clients with an opportunity to save their time and enjoy a cup of coffee, in the morning or during the lunch break, near the popular areas of a visit as universities, art exhibition, high school and numerous offices
The business plan is a part of the project of cooperation of the author- Nazir Asafov with OOO “Astra”, chain of grocery stores, located on Vasilyevsky island, Saint-Petersburg, Russia.
The business plan involves a use of research methods, theoretical framework for a clear understanding of the analysed topic through the awareness of the terms and concepts of product and service, marketing, business analysis, unit sales, revenues and etc.
The purpose of the author’s work is to conduct a business plan with the main focus on aspects of financial expenditures, marketing plan, business concept, vision and competitors’ analysis.
