Tiivistelmä
The problem of using renewable energy sources is studied in this thesis work. The attention is concentrated on the feasibilities of using the wind energy in the North-West Russia and on some problems which can appear. Some of them are the place of a possible wind farm, laws of new sources connection, and the protection of the electrical grid.
