Tiivistelmä
The construction of any object begins with obtaining a construction permit. Invariably, the problem of lack of familiarity with local regulatory documents during construction activities in another country is revealed.
The commissioner was OOO «Archgroup», which planed to build single-family houses in Lappeenranta. The thesis provided the procedure for obtaining a permit and the main design requirements in Russia and Finland.
The main sources of information for the thesis were the main regulatory documents in the field of construction of both countries, as well as regulatory documents in the field of environmental protection, energy efficiency and human safety.
As a conclusion, an analysis of the identified information, a comparison of the different requirements with the conclusions of the reasons and recommendations for improving regulation are given.
