More and more older people have Alzheimer's disease in population aging, which has become the most common disease. Even though the medical community has worked hard to find treatment, there is no efficient measure method to stop and cure this disease.
In this group, the nurse plays an essential role, and the nurse accompanies customers and is responsible for taking care of them constantly. So, what could do and how to carry effective measures to help Alzheimer's disease, older people? This is an increasingly urgent problem to be solved.
The study reviews the qualitative literature on the effects of aerobic exercise on the human body. Considering the older with Alzheimer's disease, several aerobic exercises are suitable for the elderly. These practical measures help older adults with Alzheimer's disease prevent risk, try to maintain their independent daily life, and personally improve Alzheimer's disease at the same time. Explain the impact of aerobic exercise on elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease and provide scientific and adequate evidence to the nurse or caregivers, which helps in their daily work.
A literature review used the descriptive method to collect data in this study. Articles were identified from ProQuest Central, National Institute of Health, EBM Guidelines, and World Health Organization (WHO) statistics. The relevant content was finally screened to select, organize, and summarize for including studies.
The current study found that aerobic exercises could delay the disease's symptoms degenerate, improve the balance of the body, and develop the activity function. The study presented qualitatively based evidence information. The authors recommend that nurses or caregivers learn why aerobic exercises are beneficial for Alzheimer's and how to care for Alzheimer's old people through aerobic exercise.
