The coffee shop business has been booming in the last 10 years in Istanbul, Turkey. When walking in any part of the city you will most definitely run into a coffee shop.
In the thesis we try to understand the impact a coffee shop can have on a neighbour-hood and their functionality as third places and co-working spaces.
A SWOT Analysis of the case company was done to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
To gather data, electronic sources were used, an online survey was conducted. Results of the data gathered from an Instagram advertisement were published.
