Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tuottaa toimeksiantajalle Kontionloikka Oy:lle käytännönläheinen ympäristöopas tapahtumanjärjestäjille. Työssä käytettiin erilaisia tiedonkeruuvälineitä ja olemassa olevaa tietoa. Tärkeimpiä tiedonkeruuvälineitä olivat teemahaastattelut, havainnointi ja työpajat. Tiedonkeruun jälkeen tunnistettiin tärkeimmät ympäristönäkökohdat tapahtumatuotannossa ja päädyttiin oppaaseen.
Oppaasta pyrittiin laatimaan helppokäyttöinen ja mahdollisimman hyvin sovellettavissa oleva jokaiseen kokoluokkaan. Opas pitää sisällään tärkeimmät ympäristönäkökohdat, joita alueella toimiminen edellyttää. Niiden lisäksi oppaaseen on laadittu kehitysehdotuksia, joiden avulla tapahtumanjärjestäjä pystyy vähentämään tapahtumansa ympäristövaikutuksia.
Ympäristöoppaasta tuli erittäin yksinkertainen ja käytännönläheinen ohjekirja. Oppaan sisältö jaoteltiin kolmen tapahtumanjärjestämisen vaiheen mukaan: ennen tapahtumaa, tapahtuman aikana ja tapahtuman jälkeen. Opas sisältää myös jätehuoltosuunnitelma pohjan, SWOT-analyysi pohjan sekä palautteen keruulomakkeen. The purpose of this thesis was to provide Kontioloikka Oy with a practical environmental guide for event organizers. Various data collecting methods and existing data were used in this thesis. The most important data collecting methods were semi-structured interviews, observing during an event and workshops. After the data collection, the most important environmental aspects in event production were identified.
The aim was to make the guide easy to use and as applicable as possible to each event size range. The guide covers the most important environmental aspects required to operate in the area. In addition, development proposals are included in the guide, which will enable the event organizer to reduce the environmental impact of the event even further.
The finished environmental guide is a simple and practical guide. The content of the guide was divided to three phases of event organizing: before the event, during the event and after the event. The guide also includes a waste management plan template, SWOT analysis template and a feedback collection form.
