Internet users with disabilities are facing difficulties due to irresponsible and inaccessible web design. When web content accessibility requirements are applied to a site, the number of possible viewers who can successfully read that site's information grows, particularly for handicapped and older adult internet users. Minor adjustments to websites may frequently make them accessible to people with disabilities. As a result, the reasons for noncompliance may only be speculated upon. They might range from a shortage of knowledge of the topics to time restrictions or the mental anxiety of attempting to keep up with evolving advancements. The current study aims to investigate what kind of difficulties people face with mild cognitive impairment and dementia and what can be done to improve the websites to make them more disabled people friendly. Finally, specific guidelines for the UX designers are to be written to highlight the key point to be taken into account when creating websites.
