Kehittyminen asuntolainarahoituksen osaajaksi - Perehdytyksen päiväkirja

Abstract

Asuntorahoituksella on suuri rooli yhteiskunnassamme. Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli kehittyä asuntorahoituksen osaajaksi ja perehtyä siihen liittyviin aiheisiin syvällisemmin osana perehdytystäni Rahoituslaitos X:ssä. Päiväkirjamuotoisen opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli saada paras hyöty perehdytyksestä sekä analysoida perehdytystoimintaa opiskelijan näkökulmasta ja löytää siitä kehitettävää, kun sitä laajennetaan pilotin jälkeen Rahoituslaitos X:n muihin toimipisteisiin. Kehittämismenetelmäksi tähän opinnäytetyöhön valittiin benchmarking. Benchmarkingin avulla omaa kehittymistä oli mahdollista tehostaa järjestelmällisellä kollegoiden työn seuraamisella ja sieltä omaan työhön otetuilla parhaiksi todetuilla toimintamalleilla. Benchmarkingin avulla verrattiin perehdytyspilottia muissa toimipisteissä käytössä olevaan perehdytysmalliin.

Päiväkirjaopinnäytetyön aikana seurattiin perehdytyksen etenemistä kymmenen viikon ajan. Jokaiselle viikolle oli määritelty ennalta rahoitusneuvojan työhön läheisesti liittyvä aihe, johon tutustuttiin tarkemmin opinnäytetyön tietoperustaa hyödyntäen. Jokaisen viikon päätteeksi vedettiin opitut asiat yhteen ja annettiin tavoite seuraavalle viikolle. Tämän opinnäytetyön avulla saavutettiin sekä henkilökohtaiset että työnantajan omalle ammatilliselle kehittymiselle asettamat tavoitteet. Sen lisäksi löydettiin kehitysehdotuksia perehdytyspilotista ennen sen laajempaa käyttöönottoa. Suurimmat kehitysideat liittyivät luentokoulutusten aikataulu- ja sisältömuutoksiin sekä perehdyttäjien käyttämiseen ja yhtenäiseen toimintatapaan.

Housing finance plays a major role in our society. The purpose of this thesis was to develop into an expert in housing finance and to become acquainted with related topics in more depth as part of my orientation at Financial Institution X. The aim of the diary thesis was to maximise the benefits from the orientation and to analyze the orientation from the student's point of view and to find development ideas for it when it will be expanded to other branches of Financial Institution X after the pilot. Benchmarking was chosen as the development method for this thesis. With the help of benchmarking, it was possible to enhance one's own development by systematically monitoring the work of colleagues and the best operating models taken from there for one's own work. Benchmarking was used to compare the orientation pilot with the orientation model used at other branches.

During the diary thesis, the progress of the orientation was monitored for ten weeks. A topic closely related to the work of the financial advisor had been defined in advance for each week, which was researched in more detail using the knowledge base of the thesis. At the end of each week, the lessons learned were pulled together and a goal was set for the following week. With the help of this thesis, both personal goals and the goals set by the employer for one's own professional development were achieved. In addition, development suggestions were found for the orientation pilot before its wider deployment. The most notable development ideas were related to the changes in the schedule and content of the lecture trainings, as well as the use of instructors and a unified approach.
