COVID-19 brought several changes and damages around the world. The goal of this study is to figure out how the disease influenced globalization. In this research it is dis-covered that the way how COVID-19 impact Finnish economy during 2020-2021. This thesis assesses the economic situation and its implications for Finland in 2019 until 2021 by giving an overview of the Finnish economy. Also, describe the current global economic challenges in Finland and let to know the most important futures of globalization happening during next years. These findings may be useful for businesses to know how COVID-19 affected them.
This thesis includes theoretical research that helps to comprehend the concept of globalization and the current challenges brought from pandemic time and geopolitical tensions in 2022. As a result, this paper provides a review of research in this area with the goal of providing a summary and integrative framework as a foundation for future research.
In this study only the theoretical part. Secondary data is collected by different articles and published statistics that gives detailed information about the economic situation in Finland 2019-2021.
