Fundraising for a research project : creating a successful pitch deck & pitch presentation from a business point of view

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to give its reader an insight of the early process and activities related to creating a successful pitch deck and pitch presentation for a research project they are seeking to fund. In addition to going over the key steps and tools of the preliminary research, auxiliary tools and design philosophies regarding the pitch deck and pitch presentation are provided.

An example presentation is structured and analyzed, and a qualitative research survey is conducted regarding the example presentation.
