Tiivistelmä
The objective of this work was to develop some safety guidelines for a cultural exchange, a product that would have helped to establish and promote a partnership between two or more organizations; unfortunately, due to the pandemic the guidelines have not yet been used. The first organization is an Italian high school theatre group named Vivarte and the second one is a theatre and circus school from Finland named Esko.
The goal was achieved by working in a series of steps. The first phase consisted of the analysis of the previous guidelines of the organizations in question. The second part was gathering information pertaining to methods of creating the new guidelines. Following that there was the prioritization of the security content based on the evidence and previous data. Finally, it was all put together with the creation of a product that contains all of the information gathered over the process. This method contains faults, however there are several essential elements that can be incorporated to improve possible future methods of creating similar guidelines. Especially from a usability standpoint, the thesis product makes the guidelines as accessible as possible to both the students and the teachers.
