The purpose of this study is to identify the technologies that have transformed the Vietnamese securities brokerage industry, specifically at SSI Securities, as well as the consequences of these applications. The study attempted to answer the question, "How have 4.0 technologies impacted the brokerage activities of SSI securities companies?"
Overview of 4.0 Technology and the Vietnam securities brokerage industry are ad-dressed in the thesis' theoretical section. The study was carried out using SSI as the case company and examined how it changed before and after the introduction of 4.0 technology. This thesis used both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, in addition to inductive and deductive research approaches. As primary sources, interviews with the Head of the SSI Consulting Department in My Dinh and an online survey sent to SSI's private customer base were conducted. According to the study findings, Technology 4.0 has had a positive impact on SSI's securities brokerage operation, and the change has been well received by SSI's customers.
