The theoretical study also includes and software development methodology with five different methods to determine which is suitable for further research. The development part starts with the requirement of the case company to the report tool, author created prototype, the author collected feedback from project manager, and implementation. Requirements and feedback were gathered through interviews. Interviews were held with the case company's project department manager. The first interview was about the requirement of the case company and the needed data in the report tool. The second one was after the prototype was finished, the project manager gave further feedback to create development ideas. The last chapter is the conclusion after the research on how the case company could utilize and develop the real report tool in the near future.
