'Network Marketing Business’ is a model of selling products without any advertisement on TV or social media. Distributers of a network marketing company create network of people by selling the products and involving them into their business. The objective of this research was to study what is the future and benefits of multilevel marketing. Moreover, the study evaluated the challenges faced by the industry and its solutions. Theoretically, network marketing is a good opportunity business, and it is not scam or fraud. It doesn’t use people to sell their products. However, it provides multi-farious benefits to everyone who connects with this business.
The data was collected from both primary and secondary sources. For primary data, the research was based on qualitative methods, and it was done by using interviews. The secondary source was collected using internet, books, etc. For the secondary data sources, the literature review approach was used. Following empirical research methods, the study analysed and discussed the data collect-ed. The objective of the thesis was to find the existing role and benefits of network marketing and its future, challenges and solution for the network marketing. This research evaluated that network marketing has been growing by leaps and bounds. However, due to the lack of knowledge or train-ing, this business is going through many challenges. I have given many solutions to improve the skills and growth of network marketing.
It is clear from this research that ‘Network Marketing Business’ is a different way of marketing. Network marketing companies should choose appropriate way to build. They can give employment to other people, and everyone can build his or her own network. Moreover, it is a model that de-pends on person-to-person’s sales and often people do this work from home. Network marketing is a method in which independent agents serve as distributers of goods and services. It has bright future due to increase in unemployment and time flexibilities. Hence, the multilevel marketing or network marketing has a lot of benefits in this world.
