Tiivistelmä
Entrepreneurship is promoted more and more in the modern digitalized world, where a
company can even be operated from home, completely remotely. Entrepreneurship is a
wide subject, and many aspects have to be taken into account when a business plan is
designed, and its feasibility is studied.
The aim of this thesis is to design a theoretical framework for a business plan and
evaluate the feasibility of the proposed plan. The proposed business plan is a real estate
brokerage operating in the Spanish market.
The thesis was mainly concluded with qualitative research methods using data from
books, articles and studies. Quantitative research methods were used in some aspects
of the market research section.
The results of the thesis were positive in many aspects, but lacking capabilities in a few
key areas turned out to be too much to overcome from a feasibility standpoint. The
thesis also proved to be important, and it gave valuable information for the authors.
